Please pay attention to the indications regarding the rental conditions:
Driver Profile and Age:
To rent a car from ZRIAYOURCARS, the designated driver in the contract must hold a valid category B driving license for at least four years and be over 23 years old.
Identity Document:
The original driving license must be presented at the time of signing the contract, accompanied by a valid passport or identity card.
"Second Driver" Option:
ZRIAYOURCARS allows passengers to benefit from the free "second driver" option. The additional driver must be present at the time of departure and meet all the rental qualifications mentioned above.
Only the drivers identified in the rental contract are authorized to drive the rented vehicle.
Rental Duration:
Vehicles are rented by full 24-hour days, calculated from the time the vehicle is made available.
Weekly rates are calculated based on 7 consecutive days.
The renter agrees to return the vehicle to the lessor on the date and time specified in the rental contract.
If you wish to extend your rental duration, you must request an extension from the lessor, or you may be subject to civil and criminal legal actions.
Payment:
Payment is in cash. It is due no later than at the time of vehicle pickup.
Our rates include unlimited mileage, lubricants and vehicle maintenance, vehicle delivery/pickup, and insurance.
In the event of returning the car before the scheduled end date of the reservation, the customer will not receive any refund for the remaining period.
Vehicle Delivery & Pickup:
ZRIAYOURCARS allows you to choose where you want to pick up or drop off the vehicle (Airport, Hotels, etc.) and offers free delivery within a 30 km radius of Agadir. The rental ends with the return of the vehicle, its keys, and documents to the lessor.
Vehicles are cleaned before being delivered. We request that it be returned in the same clean condition.
Insurance:
The renter is covered for all risks such as liability, theft, fire, glass breakage, etc. In case of theft, the renter is covered provided that the keys and vehicle documents are returned.
In the event of damage caused to the vehicle, no exemption from liability is granted.
A capped legal deductible remains the responsibility of the driver if their partial or full liability is engaged. This deposit is due at the time of vehicle delivery and is used to cover the costs of restoring the vehicle.
In the absence of damage or loss, the amount of the deposit paid will be refunded at the end of the rental.
For any accident, a report is mandatory:
You must remain at the scene of the incident with the parties involved, contact us and assistance, and wait for the arrival of the agent appointed by assistance to establish responsibilities.
Additional Charges and Customer Responsibility:
The driver will remain financially responsible for damages in the following cases:
Damage limited to the lower body, tires (punctures), glass breakage, roof, optics, etc.
Damage to the vehicle due to theft or attempted theft.
Damage resulting from acts of vandalism.
Driving the rented vehicle by someone other than the person designated in the contract.
Driver not meeting vehicle rental standards (minimum age, etc.).
Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications.
Transporting people for a fee.
Transporting flammable, explosive, or corrosive materials.
Using the vehicle to push, pull, or tow another vehicle.
Damage caused by gross negligence.
The renter must return the vehicle in the same condition as at delivery. Therefore, any costs incurred by ZRIAYOURCARS to repair damages to the vehicle not resulting from normal wear and tear are the responsibility of the customer.
Responsibility for the vehicle on the road or parked, day or night, as well as any offenses or fines for non-compliance with traffic laws, is the responsibility of the renter.
The agency will invoice you for all related costs, as well as any administrative fees.
